FROM 0 TO 3 IN 90 DAYS-LIFE AFTER OLDER CHILD ADOPTION

I was going to post on Haiti, but I just read my friend Essie's blog post and well...she says it all and says it so well. So, in case you dont already read her blog...go here to read her post on the Haitian orphans, who have already waited too long.
I just read from NYT that the children are going to be granted the "parole" to come here if they were in the final stages of the adoption process. We'll see what actually happens.
I heard that too. They are worried that they will be moved too hastily and some not free for adoption will be moved here. There will always be some excuse. Hopefully it will happen. Its a shame that it takes an earth quake fo people adopting from there to finally get their kids. Why should it have taken 2 to 3 years? That is nuts.
Hi,thank you so much for stopping by my blog today and for your lovely comments. :O)
To answer your question, at the kids school, they have a disco every term which is split into infants, juniors and seniors. The infants are primary 1-3 (age 5-7), juniors primary 4-5 (age 8-9) and seniors primary 6 and 7, age 10-11. The kids at that time were still 'infants' and are now juniors. Where does the time go??
Looking forward to spending more time on your blog, I'll be back soon.
Gorgeous kids and had a quick peeks at the lovely dogs too!
Thanks Helen! Nice to see you here! What is a "disco" in Scotland for kids? Discos here are where people go to hang out, drink, dance and possibly "hook up" with the opposite sex.
I read your friend's post. It's very insightful. You were right. The only problem now is getting the dollars to the right places and getting the aid to the right people. Haiti is so horribly broken. Prayers are offered daily for the suffering.
And will you link your email to your blogger profile, pretty please? I wanted to reply to one of your comments on my blog and got 'no reply at blogger' as your email. :)
